No physical item ships unless a future product explicitly states otherwise.
Device/download access limit
Each purchased product uses a configurable active device limit, currently 3 by default.
Upgrade policy
Eligible upgrades can be made available through the customer portal when cleaner versions are uploaded.
First 10,000 purchaser promotion
Promotional language is admin configurable and eligibility is tracked per order item.
Refund policy placeholder

Copyright ownership
Song and product files are protected copyrighted works according to owner-provided information.
Usage/license placeholder
Purchase grants access under owner-provided usage terms. Redistribution is not allowed unless the owner explicitly permits it. Final license details are TODO_OWNER_CONFIRM.
Preview limitation
Only short song previews, cover art, low-resolution samples, or watermarked sample pages should be public. Full songs and full PDFs must not be publicly downloadable before purchase.

The site is built for parents and guardians, not child account creation.

Email capture is used for updates and can be connected to a final email provider.
Payment/security disclosure
